Website Order Status Search Function is Broken
Today I entered an item number into the Search box on your HSN website & press enter. All of my purchases displayed as they did prior to entering the item number.
I always check to see if I purchased an item previously & if so, which color/pattern. I no longer can do that.
Please forward this to the appropriate department.

I cannot track my shipments. So something is technical wrong.

I called CS yesterday & they said give it 72 hours to be fixed. I’m counting.
You should call too if you want this fixed. The more people complain, hopefully the sooner they will fix this website programming bug.

I have been attempting to use that “Search” box on my order status page for a week, it is still not functional. I chatted with CS this evening and the rep didn’t know anything about it, but said she would forward my concern to the website tech people. Still waiting……..

I have used the “search” box many times in the past for years and has always worked very well. For whatever reason it does not work any longer. Weather putting in an item number or searching specifically such as DG2 and hit enter, it does nothing. I miss this option, I will call them as well in hopes that they will get it fixed. After all, why have a search option if it does not work?
