Warranty?

On June 27 I bought Item 703-919, a purse by Iman. This past weekend the handle pulled off of the top, so it is broken and irreparable. I reached out to CS via chat and they said there is no warranty. Is this true? the purse didn’t even last 5 months.

@maryf1962, that is correct. This item did not come with a warranty. If you’d like to return it for a refund, I can set it up for you. Since it is past the return timeframe, the refund will be issued in Spendable Ka$h(store credit).

  Hi Ryan. I would appreciate that. CS already gave me a $20 refund, so hopefully you can work that out on your end so I don’t get too much back.
