Walking dino toy
I received my package today,it was supposed to have batteries included,I’m sure they are dead because it won’t come on.There was also a sticker on it’s belly from factory that reads world tech toys 07/30/22 I paid regular price. I sure miss the days I could trust HSN.

I am very sorry that the World Tech Toys Dino World T-Rex Electric Walking Dinosaur, item number, 133-8606, does not turn on. Batteries are not included with this item. I apologize for the inconvenience. It requires 3 AA batteries. We still have the item in stock. Would you prefer to set up an exchange or would you like to return it for a refund? If so, would you prefer a return label by mail or email?

I sent photos of the toy in box,clearly stating batteries Included.
