Waitlist can be so unfair
I purchased a Rarities necklace as soon as it was presented. It arrived with a broken prong and the stone out. I immediately called customer service and was put on waitlist. I returned the defective necklace the same day. I have been on waitlist for weeks. I feel if you receive a broken item you should be put on top of the waitlist. Apparently this isn’t how it’s done. I will be so disappointed if I don’t receive it especially since I bought the matching ring. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

@jadiva, what really is getting to me is that it still says there are 3 left. If you go to put it in your cart, it says the item is on waitlist. Yet I haven’t been able to get one in weeks. Does customer service even look at these posts?

I know how you feel, this has happened to me too when I have bought matching pieces. If you have not received a new one within 6 weeks I would give up on waitlist, someone else would have had to return it within 30 days. Rarities does not produce additional pieces to meet waitlist. I know this for a fact, I have been in contact with Carol Brodie. I know how dissapointed you are it happened to me two months ago.
