I ordered item 683-020 yesterday and was placed on waitlist yet this am there are 11 left. Please explain.

I really am sorry for this delayed response @pi1. I took a look and it shows that the items that you see are available are also waistlist items. Once the item becomes available, we’ll do our best to fulfill all waitlist orders.
