Visa card issue
I went to update my payment and this message is occurring “We were unable to add this payment method. Please try again or contact Customer Service at 1-800-933-2887 to resolve.” I’m trying to order the ninja Creami before the price change. Did HSN stop accepting visa?

I’m truly sorry that you’ve been unable to order, @bb3346! We do accept Visa and most major credit cards. Some Pre-Paid and Visa Debit cards may not work for security reasons. We recommend verifying that the Billing address with your card is the same as what is entered for the order. If you are still unable to place the order, we would be happy to help with it directly at 800-933-2887.
