VIP coupon didn't work

On Thursday August 15 I placed an order online for HP printer @ $199.99 (free shipping) I used the VIP Thursdays $15 off $75 (code 183662) I received my email and to my surprise it worked….but then it didn’t.
It showed me the new total $199 – $15 + tax (I think $203) before I hit submit…but when I checked my email today I was charged the full price. I also checked my HSN card just in case and the full $219.49 was charged! This has happened to me so many times and I usually just let it go but with this purchase…I would not have purchased if I didn’t have the coupon.
What’s going on with coupons & codes not working??

I am very sorry to hear that your coupon didn’t apply to your order, @mgallen8800. I’ve gone ahead and issued a refund of $15 to honor the coupon as it should have applied to your order. You should see your refund within 72 business hours.

Check again, may have not worked on certain items! It’s a coupon that you need to read the fine print.Wish you the best!
