Videos won't play

I try to play the videos to play on items and a message appears that I need to install YouTube. I have YouTube installed, and I uninstalled and installed again and nothing. They did play over a week ago. What happened and what can I do?

Same here. I uninstalled both the HSN & YouTube apps then reinstalled them. Still doesn’t work on my Android phone.

Did anyone get an answer to this problem, unable to watch video replay? I am now experiencing the inability to replay videos. If anyone has come up with a fix, please share.

I’m sorry all of you are having trouble with the video replays, @poocherino, @luvtoshop1, @suziq4403, and @mscleo62. We have not been able to duplicate this issue and everything is working fine on our end. Please let us know what browsers and devices you are using, and try cleaning your browsers’ cache & cookies to see if it clears this issue up. In the meantime, I am sharing your concern with another team to work on this.
