
Videos not working all week on Mobile app
Since the last new app update the videos no longer working all week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times this week. So the mobile app is absolutely useless when you can’t watch the video of the item you want. I read a review posted June 12th on the Google play store that she Arlene Maitland) also can’t watch the videos on her phone.

Finally found a solution! After calling HSN twice,
(No tech support) and Motorola, stopped at the T-mobile suggested the following , i tired this and it worked. It worked
He suggested going to HSN.com, and go through internet. Opened in Chrome on my phone. I saved to my home page, and no problem now… better than the app.!❤️❤️ -
I am sorry for the inconvenience that not being able to view the videos on the mobile app has caused. The issue is currently being worked on and an update will be pushed out soon.

I’m not able to play videos on the app as well.

I am unable to replay videos in the HSN app as well. However I can play the videos if I go to hsn.com. I think their app is having issues.

I cannot play video on the app also. I always could. This problem needs to be addressed immediately. How can you purchase something if you can’t see the video.
