Motorola can watch on HSN.com with no problem but on the app won’t play on app.

Thanks, @stl1! I’m sorry that you’ve still been unable to watch. Be sure that you have the newest version of our app. It might also help to uninstall it and reinstall it. That would clear any settings that could be blocking the videos from playing.
