
Video problem
Why can’t I watch product videos on my phone just started about a week ago.

Hi @stl1 I am sorry for the inconvenience that not being able to view the videos on the mobile app has caused. The issue is currently being worked on and an update will be pushed out soon.

Thanks, @stl1! I’m sorry that you’ve still been unable to watch. Be sure that you have the newest version of our app. It might also help to uninstall it and reinstall it. That would clear any settings that could be blocking the videos from playing. Motorola can watch on HSN.com with no problem but on the app won’t play on app.
