Please ask the Tech folks to bring back our Ability to watch the items Presented Video . I am so Unhappy with the only choice currently, too only see everything on HSN by leaving the site and checking YOUTUBE . The Holidays are here . I can’t watch Live 24 hours a day . My third time asking . Thanks in advance

We’re sorry you’re not able to view the video. We leverage a YouTube video player for product videos and some customers may receive a message to “Sign in to confirm you’re not a bot” when trying to watch videos on HSN.com. This is a recent change by YouTube in an attempt to reduce bot traffic by blocking IP addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to resolve the issue.

@ladiebiker, I think it’s an HSN issue. I’m on an iPad and can’t watch some of the videos in Safari but can watch them in Google Chrome.
