Very Dissatisfied Customer
I recently placed an order with HSN only to have my order cancelled (twice) stating that I cancelled one of them…which I DID NOT! My original order was placed but I never received any shipping notification of any kind. After 10 days of waiting, I called customer service only to be told that the item was sold out and would not be shipped out. Very bad communication from HSN. I will NEVER RECOMMEND HSN TO ANYONE!
