Very Disappointed
So a few months back I ordered about 150.00 worth of items knowing I had enough credit on my account. After I received my items I get a letter in the mail telling me my credit limit was reduced due to the fact that I ordered the items. Now I thought this odd since I make my payments on time and on many occasions a week or two prior to the due date. I continued paying my bill each month and today I get a call from a bill collector. Why? well, apparently he said there was a 27.00 charge that did not clear. Why because you reduced my credit limit after shipping me my order. I received no calls from HSN nor the credit card company that HSN uses. I received no letters prior to this call either. So here is how I see it you let me use my available credit sent me my products and then choose to reduce my credit limit even though I pay my bill on time. Then to top this off you send my 27.00 charge from that order to a bill collector. All I can say is I am going to be paying off the balance on my bill, cutting up my card, and never ordering from HSN again. Even the bill collector was at a loss as to what HSN did.

I really am sorry to hear of this experience regarding your HSN Credit Card. @sherrytaylor1020. Sadly we don’t have access to your personal credit card information so we wouldn’t have been able to contact you regarding any past due balances. I would recommend giving Synchrony Bank a call at 1-844-889-9676, Sunday-Saturday 7:00am-2:00am ET regarding any HSN Credit Card concerns.
