USPS Says Delivered, but Nowhere to be Found

Now what?

Since my Order Id: ********** was a supplement, I do not wait for sunset in the hot desert to retrieve my packages. I go straight out as soon as the delivery service’s site says: Delivered.

So to my surprise, three minutes later I am out to my mailbox… no package. I looked high and low.

How do I return/refund an order that is missing in action?

Please let me know.
