Used App coupon but it disappeared PLEASE HELP

I ordered an item Saturday on the HSN app and used the coupon APPDAY (or whatever it was). The discount was showing when I purchased the item but now it is not showing on the order and the cost is at the “normal” rate. What happened? Please let me know. It was a substantial order and the discount of 20% made it workable for me.

Hello @sharon818. I’m sorry the coupon did not apply to your order. I’ve gladly refunded the 20% off in the amount of $13.99 to your method of payment. Kindly allow 3-5 days for the funds to settle.
