Ups surepost issue. Lost in the mid-Atlantic.
I ordered something from hsn and was able to track it via the ups website up to the point where ups handed it off to the local post office in Newport News va on 7 Aug. a USPS tracking number was issued and is on the ups page. When I click on the USPS tracking number, it says the item was delivered to the original shipper in Delaware on 4 Aug after routing from Delaware to Philly and back to Delaware. That is impossible as my items came from TN and could not be delivered to Delaware 3 days before ups says they transferred the package to USPS. The post office can’t help me. It’s been a week since the local USPS supposedly got the package, but they have no idea where it is. How do I get this resolved?
