
UPS Mail Innovations is Terrible, 3 wks. to deliver!
I’m at a point where I can no longer tolerate UPS Mail Innovations. I ordered a ring Dec. 9th and it never came. It was “stuck” or lost in Morrow, GA UPS Mail Innovations beginning Dec. 13th and never moved any further. I checked the product page and saw there were only 3 rings left in my size, so I ordered another ring, same color and same size. Then I called HSN Customer Service to let them know the trouble I was having. They marked the ring as “returned” and gave me a full refund.
Fast forward to about Dec. 29th, I received both rings. I called Customer service to let them know I received the “lost” ring, and would return it Jan. 2nd or 3rd. It took 3 WEEKS to get that ring.
Meanwhile, I ordered a pair of earrings Dec. 21st, and once again, that order is also stuck in Marrow, Ga. When I track it, UPS says there is a delay and puts up an alert triangle with an exclamation point! If I’m lucky, I might get those earrings sometime before FEB.
I did some research on Marrow, GA UPS Mail Innovations and found out they don’t send any packages to USPS until they get a truckload of packages. They don’t care how many weeks the customers are waiting to receive the items they’ve ordered and paid for.
117 Google Reviews has them rated at 2.5 stars, with most of the ratings at ONE star. Some people said they never received their package.
Because I don’t learn very fast, I placed another order today. Then I thought about the problems I’ve had, and still have, and decided to cancel the order I made today. UPS Mail Innovations might be cheaper shipping for HSN, but not when customers stop placing orders. Please send this to upper management, something needs to be done. Thank you.

Thank you, @hsn_krissy. The man I talked to at Customer Service told me he has had other customers calling to complain about Marrow, GA UPS Mail Innovations. So this is having an effect on other customers too.
When I researched Marrow, GA UPS Mail Innovations, Google had links to websites (Reddit, Quora, etc.) that discussed problems with slow shipping with UPS Mail Innovations in other parts of the country too, so it’s not just Marrow, GA.
It would be nice if HSN gave us the option of using USPS ONLY, even if it meant paying a few more dollars for shipping, and avoid using UPS altogether.

Regarding your order for the earrings, if you don’t receive it by the end of the week, 1/5, please let us know and we can issue a refund or an exchange if the item is available in the color you ordered.
