UNWANTED EMAILS!
For the last 4-5 days I have been receiving unwanted emails frm. QVC & HSN about deals, etc.. I am not signed up for these so I unsubscribed frm. HSN emails but, I’m still receiving them.PLEASE FIX THIS-EXTREMELY ANNOYING & I am a long & good customer. Thank you.

I’ve unsubscribed your “triad” email address on the HSN side. I hope that was the email address in question, otherwise, please contact customer service directly via Live Chat or phone to protect your private information. This may take as long as 10 days to completely stop all messages with the exception of order related messages that will still be delivered. In the meantime you can mark the messages as spam or junk mail so your email account will automatically delete them. I hope this helps!
