Unclaimed property letter

I received a letter supposedly from HSN regarding unclaimed property.. an unredeemed gift certificate for $75.00
They want me to complete a form, attach my idea and scan it back to them at abandonedproperty@hsn.net.
Is this legitimate or a scam?
