
Unable to purchase
Hello, I’ve been trying to place orders & continue to receive messages I wasn’t able to & to call customer service. Oddly, I continue to receive text messages about HSN specials! What’s the point if I can’t buy?!

i never received a letter stating that i have to many returns. if the letter was sent i did knot receive it. when i made my orders they stated if for any reason i could return item i 30 days.it does say i have a limit for returns. if this is the policy i am unaware of it. so can you please reopen my account and i will be make sure that i only order thing i want and limit my returns.
