TROUBLE W/GETTING INTO MY ACCT
I’M TOLD YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE W/YOUR PHONES. DOES THIS ALSO EXTEND TO HSN.COM????!!!! I’VE BEEN TRYING TO GET INTO MY ACCT (OBVIOUSLY I FINALLY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO) FOR OVER A MONTH! HAVE BEEN USING “MY ACCT” FOR MANY YRS. & NOW I’M GETTING MESSAGE THAT THERE IS NO ACCT WITH MY NAME!!!???? (OR WORDS TO THAT EFFECT) IN A RED RECTANGULAR BOX. MANY PHONE CALLS LATER TO CUST SVC & THEY HAD TO GIVE ME A NEW PASSWORD – EVEN THO MY USER NAME IS WHAT I’VE ALWAYS ENTERED. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX YOUR SYSTEMS!!! I’VE WASTED HOURS TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED!
