Tracking of packages
Recently when I tried to track a package, the website simply states: received or arrived at the facility, departed facility, etc. There are no locations. Can’t even figure out where the package is located. Anyone else frustrated?

I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused you, @sulusez. When a package is handed over to the shipper, it initially takes 24-48 hours for them to update details about your shipment. Different shippers term things different ways.
UPS will show the arrived/departed date/time and location. These indicate when/where a package has been scanned into their system while in transit. UPS is often “UPS Surepost”, which means UPS will take it all the way to your local postmaster, and then USPS will complete the delivery.
USPS does is more general with their tracking, and they don’t scan as often. I recommend using UPS My Choice and USPS Informed Delivery. Both are free to sign up for, and you can get the most up-to-date information about your deliveries via email, text, and even push notification.
As always, if you have specific questions we can help you with, we’re always glad to help.
