Tracking missing

I called in twice to customer service to obtain tracking information for my order and could not be helped. Luckily I have a FedEx account and they informed me of the tracking number.

I’m sorry that we were unable to provide your tracking details, @kbb594. We’re glad you were able to locate that information. Sadly, we had a technical issue with the tracking, but have since updated it. I apologize for any needless frustration this has caused! The order is scheduled to arrive today, 9/7, by the end of the day. Please let us know if you need any further assistance with the order.
