I got the 85in samsung 4k tv on 28 or 29 got email on 30 said thank you with tracking link well been checking on it every since and it say was a problem processing my oder so I finally call customer service of course 20 min wait time so I did the automated service it tells me what iv order and its been shipped by motor freight but when I use the tracking number on there site they say they have not info on that tracking number. So its now the 5 and still no info on it. This is my first time buying a large item from them iv got lots of smaller things over the past years and always got my stuff on or before the date they said I would. Any advice on what to do
