Tracfone bundlre
Bought Tracfone bundle. Suppose to have 365 days of service. Called to get the service and Tracfone said no way. This is a scam.

My phone is activated. Just can’t get the 365 days of free service that was supposed to come with it. Tracfone says no.

You’re right, @lucy822. I understand your frustration, as this Tracfone package does include a no-contract Tracfone plan with Unlimited Talk, Text plus 24GB Data for 365 Days. I urge you to reach back out to Tracfone at 1-800-816-0663 and speak to a supervisor regarding this matter. I have let our leadership know that you are having this issue, and if it is not corrected and you wish to return your Tracfone, please let us know so we can send you a prepaid return label.

I want to know how other people got their free service. Was their a card or something that was supposed to come with my phone.
Im not sending my phone back that would be rediculas. Had to pay 40.00 to have my info transferred to this phone.

Yes, @lucy822, each order should contain a red activation card. The instructions are as follows:
To Activate follow the steps below:
Open your phone package.
Find the Red Activation Card that says START HERE, you will need your phone’s Serial Number which is written inside the white box as it is required for activation.
You do not need to provide a Service Plan PIN during Activation. Your initial Service Plan PIN comes bundled with your phone and will be automatically added during the activation process.
Go to Activate.Tracfone.com or call this exclusive number, 1-800-816-0663.
If you are a current Tracfone customer upgrading to a new phone, you will be able to transfer your service and airtime balance to your new phone. (Safelink customers cannot upgrade or transfer service to this phone)

I have never had an issue with the 365-day service plan being added to my phone. If I remember correctly, I think the minutes are already on the phone and should activate once the phone is registered. If you send a text to 611611 and type in BALANCE in the message it will show you all of your data that is available on your phone. That was the only way that I knew that the date was actually on my phone. Otherwise, I have assumed that it wasn’t included.
