
Total incompetency..
Yesterday I purchased a Gulianna top and matching pants. Today the top was cancelled. Called CS who told me they ran out of that item. Why did they take my order? I don’t want the pants without the top. CS said they would email me a free return label but I still have to return the pants for a credit. This is a big inconvenience for me and another example of total incompetence of attention to details by HSN.

My order won’t even go through because they keep telling me its Due to a problem with my account when I know darn good n well that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my account because I just ordered from them just a few months ago and eveything was just fine. So irritating.

Even though HSN said they would give me $5.00 Spendable Cash for my inconvenience, they did not. How about that for total incompetency? This company could do so much better if they would address the little details that customers deserve.

I’m sorry that your top was canceled, @ebony46! I agree, that you should have received the Kash credit and I apologize that you haven’t. I added an extra $5 and updated your account with the $10 credit. You should see it available right away. I hope you find something awesome to use it with! So HSN cancelled my order due to “high demand” of my Gulianna top on 8/25 and left a phone message today that they did that. Very classy I might add. Do it first and then say so. I wouldn’t have bought the matching pants if they didn’t have the top! They placed $5.00 in Spendable Kash and this is supposed to make me feel better? Anyway, I’m really venting about this I guess because I don’t understand incompetency.
