Took the money out my account but didn’t pay the rent
Been using flex for about 6-7 months now everything was perfect until today. Today I was charged the usual for my first payment but my rent was not paid. Flex took the funds out of my account and my property received no payment from flex to cover ANY of my rent. I literally have a screenshot stating flex authorized the first payment yet, they did not pay my rent. Flex is stating I have until the 5th of this month to self submit and retry the payment or I will be unable to use flex, but how can I retry the payment if flex took my money already!

Due to technical issues, flex was unable to submit my rent payment to my property automatically. However, the funds for the first half of the rent were still taken out of my account.

Update! After finally self submitting, flex paid my rent twice this month, it had to be in error however because I am now being charged twice my rent since one of the payments they tried didn’t work the first time. Meanwhile, in my resident portal it’s showing my rent is paid until the the next day(today) I see my rent isn’t actually paid and I’ve been charged twice the rent amount. I will be pursuing legal action against flex for false information, manipulative tactics, and and unprofessional environment. What kind of company doesn’t have a direct line or email to Human Resources. I should be refunded my funds and rent paid in full per terms of our agreement and I shouldn’t have to post on a message board to help resolve an issue.
