
The order confirmation does NOT show the coupon discount
When I was about to place my order, I entered the coupon code for $10 off, and it showed (in red letters) that the coupon had been applied to the subtotal. But after placing the order, I received the order confirmation and the total price did NOT include the $10 off from the coupon code. Instead it charged the regular price.

I’m truly sorry that you were unable to save, @am115! No worries, I see that you spoke with us earlier today and we were able to apply the discount to your order. You should see the updated authorization once the order is processed after Midnight ET.
