I had a small issue regarding a dress, that was less now then when I ordered it. The package was left in our subdivision with the same street number( go figure, why the city did that), but different street name. I didn’t know, what could be done. Robb looked over the order and took care of the matter within minutes! He is an asset to HSN and I truly appreciate how HSN takes care of their customers. When I call, email or chat, I am stating my problem without getting disrespectful. They are at the frontline and only can help the customers given as much information you are able to inform them.

I want to “ditto” what was said in this post. In all the years I have been with HSN, Customer Service Reps have been nothing but helpful, friendly, efficient. I always do “Live Chat” & have never been disappointed in their service. I often read complaints about Customer Service & usually it is an issue that they do not have control. I have complained about “Quality Control” but I do not take it out on the Customer Service Reps. They will try to send your inquiries, complaints, & concerns on to the right dept.
When I look at HSN Community, it is nice to put a face (moderator) to many of the Customer Service Reps. that I have “chatted” with. Thank you! -
