Terrible shipping!!!
I am very unhappy with my purchase . Very heavy items where packed together in too small boxes . My skincare packed with 2 waffles makers on top . My Crystal JB earrings packed with 2 complete HEAVY Utensils sets .
I called CS . They said sorry and expect me to send back leaked Skinn product in a thin plastic bag for a replacement . My smash earrings are sold out and Joyce will be leaving HSN . 30 YEARS AND ALL I get is a’ SORRY’
i EXPLAIN TO THE LADY I recently had amputation surgery and can’t leave the house or go down my stairs to mail a damage item back . You would think after 30 years of support she would have offer a replacement at no cost . Now I’M worried about the other expensive items i have in packaging . I never complain , but I feel like HSN no longer cares about the customer once the items ships . She had the Authority to offer at least spendable cash after clearing looking at my invoice to determine how the itens where shipped together as a Manager . Feel like she really didn’t care . I need to stop supporting HSN /QVC when the feeling isnt’ mutual .

I seem to have had better success and greater understanding of CS issues when I send an email stating my problems. They usually research the issues and email me back within a day. They also provide a phone number to reach the department that did the research (if follow-up is required). The link is at the bottom of the page under Contact Us. It is definitely worth a try!
