SUGGESTION
After reading in Community about the dissatisfaction with the coupons, I often wondered why HSN says “30% off up to $30 off an item or items, etc..
Why not just say with a coupon it is $30 off an item or $30 off all items you purchase today only that are over such and such price. The rest of the coupon can say what the coupon cannot be used for.
Many websites give the consumer a percentage off one or more items and it is truly that percentage off without printing only up to a certain price point on the items. In other words it is not a percentage with HSN, it is a dollar amount up to and excluding…..I hope you can get the picture what I am trying to say. Just tired of seeing 30% more or less and only $30 off one item that is a certain amount or more.

I am sorry for the disappointment, @oodiebom. I understand how frustrating it is when a code doesn’t work quite like we hoped.
Our codes do have many restrictions but we’re more than happy to help you each step of the way. To help clear up the code in question, it can be used once (you save up to 43%, $30 max savings), excludes the use with Shipping & Taxes, Clearance, Electronics or Today’s Special Items.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us as we aim towards making improvements.
