Stuck in packaging
I ordered quite a few things early on Nov 25th, they have been stuck in packaging for a week now. Was supposed to be delivered by Dec 4th. Customer service could not help. Almost ALL are Beekman products. Other things I ordered on the 27th are arriving today. These are Christmas gifts. Anyone else having an issue?

I’m sorry for the delay in your packages updating to “shipped,” but taking in consideration the Thanksgiving holiday, your orders should update tracking very soon and arrive this week. I’m sorry I don’t have a more specific time frame, but I’m sure your recipients will be delighted with these gifts.
