
Still in packaging since 9/24
This item hasn’t expected delivery of 10/13… status is in Packaging still.
Previously made a call to customer service and was basically read but I could read.
Can someone please let me know the actual status of this product delivery?

I really am sorry for the delay in your order shipping, @dupes5. It looks like we’re still waiting on the vendor to provide us with shipping info and that we’ve extended the delivery date to ensure the order doesn’t automatically cancel in our system as we await this information. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with all tracking details. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
