Still in Packaging for 11 days
I made an order on Dec 29th. My item has been in the packaging stage for 11 days now. I made the purchase for my wife’s birthday and it’s supposed to be here in 4 days and whenever I do a chat they say yes you’ll get it by the 12th of Jan. Well, that is 4 days away…. the worst shipping time ever. I don’t think Ill purchase from them again.

I really am sorry for the length of time it’s taking to update your order, @lunacallista. Since this item comes directly from our vendor, we have to wait for them to provide us with the tracking information before we can update your order status. The item can be on its way to you, so we anticipate you should receive it on or about 1/12.
I’m sorry that I don’t have any updates for you at this time.
