Still Having Problems with signing=In
I happened to return to HSN last.night and was able to sign in. However, this afternoon, when I returned the sign in was missing. I thought, maybe, this time it was because we lost the Internet along with WiFi due to the storm on the sun. So, I tried again just a few minutes ago, and it was still not available..

I’m sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing this issue, @oodiebom! We have not received any additional reports regarding this matter, so it is possible that the issue may be specific to the device or browser you are using. I suggest clearing your temporary internet files and cookies to see if that resolves the issue.

Hi HSN_regina. At the moment I am up and running. Not sure if this will continue, however, I always clear the browser when I either leave the website or prior to closing down at the end of day. This time, though, I did clean and cleared both browsers and then shut down immediately. I brought everything up about an hour later and, for now, I do have a sign in area. How long it lasts, it’s anyone’s guess. I also ran all virus softwares after seeing others trying to communicate with me and following me to other areas on the web. Three Trojan viruses were found and those have been taken care of. These viruses were from the Arcade and I am now suggesting that the Tech Unit look into their end. For now, I will refrain from that area for the time being. Again, thanks for the help and the suggestions. Hopefully, this is the end of the problems.

Why is this still an issue?

I was able to sign in last night. However after turning the computer on this afternoon, the signing area was missing.
