Still haven't received order

I placed an order and when checking the UPS tracking number, it shows a UPS shipping label was created but there has been no movement or activity since August 12th. Does this mean it is still waiting for UPS to pick up the package from HSN or is the package with UPS? When contacting Customer Service, all they could say is I’m sorry.
