Sticky but pleasant mess

I received my KORRES gardenia body wash today. Box seemed fine but paper packing and plastic seal was gooey. Plunger/pump was cracked so I got a sticky but pleasant smelling mess. HSN please reimburse me for this broken item. I can’t return it in this gooey condition; post office not about to take it.

I’m sure my shower will have a long-term gardenia fragrance since I swiftly placed the gooey bottle in there. Not a bad thing. Lol
