"SPRING TRAINING IS OVER. TIME FOR THE WORLD SERIES
i do not think most of you realize that many of our Friday night Trivia players are singles. These customers look forward to the Friday night games and for two and a half hours playing Trivia is something that lifts their spirits, if only for a few hours. Some even join our thread and our weekly conversations just so they can be with a “friend.” There are times even during the week they post just to say hello. But, that’s not the main issue. These people love Trivia and when the game cannot be played in it’s entirety or not at all, they become frustrated, sad, etc.. No game, they leave. You must remember, that these players are also your customers. They watch the live stream as they play the game. If there is something of interest they leave to obtain more info and to purchase. This is one area you need to keep the customer happy. Please, don’t lie to them to say the game is working when it isn’t. One different question does not a game make when you need five more. Before the takeover we had problems, but not like this. The games were repaired either during game night or during the week. We also received bonus tickets when this happened. Some were double or even tripled tickets. Back in March, 2021, I was told by customer service, per a phone call, that the games would be up and running by June 21st. At that time some games would stay, others added, and some would be gone forever. Well, June 21st came and went and the same issues still exist. Maybe it’s time that this should come to a head and to actually get down to business. To say I am tired of sounding like a broken record is an understatement.
