Spendable Kash

Where does the spendable Kash go? I was told by HSn customer service since it expired to go to website for my state for unclaimed property cash. Is this true? I’ve been looking for the $400 of my expired kash (one day expired) and there is no money in the New Jersey property for unclaimed money.

Hi @tinksharley. Spendable Kash is the name for our in-store credit and once expired is gone from the account.
