Spendable Kash
I keep getting spendable Kash instead of return to payment method. I clearly select RETURN TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. so why is that ignored?

I wish it would be warned ahead of time about on your own return. Recently I bought several AIWA weather radios. They are GREAT. Went to order 6 more for Christmas gifts but there was only black. So I went ahead and ordered them. Then all,of a sudden all the colors were back so I went to exchange them and they were all return on your own. It was a small fortune to exchange them all.

I’m never charged for shipping on an exchange be it size/color . HSN charges you shipping to return an item not exchange one. I see people complaining about this constantly on the reviews. Could be because you didn’t let them know you would be returning for exchange.? You still need a refund. 😉 Good luck

I’m sorry for the concern the KA$H refund caused, @cary959. I found the returned order that was refunded to KA$H back in March. I apologize for that it did not go directly back to your payment method. Because the item was returned past our 30-day return time frame, our system automatically refunded to KA$H. In such a case, you are welcome to reach out to us so we can get your funds back on your card. I’m sorry for the concern this caused.
I was unable to find any orders for Aiwa on your HSN account, but @bootcrazy is correct, that we do not charge return shipping for exchanges. I recommend reaching out to us anytime you wish to get an exchange so we can make sure the process goes smoothly and you aren’t unnecessarily charged.
