spendable cash issue

Hello HSN!

I am not sure what happened but I am missing $15.00 out of my spendable cash…when this was placed in spendable cash, there was no expiration date of when I needed to use it by – no date was ever listed – I checked on that multiple times.

Can someone please assist me with this?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Again, there was not a exp date listed for this – now it is just gone.

I have been having many issues with HSN lately and it is getting to be very frustrating!

@pugmama5, as a 1 time courtesy, I’ve reinstated the $10.00 in Spendable Ka$h. Please know that when you are given Spendable Ka$h, it will expire if not used within 60 days. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

  Hi @yad79, since your Spendable Ka$h is from an item you returned, it doesn’t have an expiration date.
