something wrong with online payment
I have not been able to use my credit card via online through HSN for the last 2 weeks. It works every where else and my credit card company says no issue with the card that it is the venders issue. That would be HSN. HSN was very kind when I called and basically said I will have to call in orders and pay by phone Some kind of recent computer system update. Just curious if the issue has been fixed. I have the same issue with QVC and why I never order with them. I am not applying for a HSN card I am happy with my current credit card.

Well still trying to fix whatever is wrong. Here is the weird thing all of the products on Auto Ship are being charged and shipped out I just had the Gionna’s chocolates delivered and the David’s cookies. I just don’t understand ? Obviously the card works. The chocolate was delivered on Nov 17th. Davids cookies on Nov 10th. But if I try to order on line, NOPE it still won’t go through.

well, its still not fixed.
I called customer service they can not figure out why its not working and I can tell you y credit card is working everywhere else. Even Macy’s on line. I spent 55 dollars ordering from a bother online company Saturday and had once again no issue. I have about 90 dollars of auto ship products with perlier and an additional list of items that are around 200 dollars that were set to be delivered for Christmas. They were ordered in July. with Davids Cookies Cheryl s cookies etc. I called up customer service and tried to order something and they could not get the card to work with phone in. So I don’t know what to do. I guess i have to order my cookies from Davids and Cheryls directly and the same with Perlier. They have a deal for free shipping for the amounts I am ordering anyways. Should I go in and cancel all of these autoships and just discontinue my account as in delete it ? I already took your app off my phone.

We are sorry to hear that your card isn’t working when you try to make purchases from hsn.com, @logical. It’s possible this is a temporary problem that may resolve itself. Also, you may want to double check that your expiration date is stored correctly—that can cause issues sometimes. In the meantime, you can call to place an order, 24 hours a day, 800-284-3100. Give it a little time, and try placing an order again on hsn.com. Hopefully the issue will have resolved itself by then.
