Picking error on item 724-782 order ending in 56732. Return received back in warehouse Jan 20th 9:40 a.m. I checked off on the packing slip refund code 1 back on my original form of payment credit first flex pay and waive any shipping. I see another order on my account today order ready to process. I did not request an exchange the item is sold out. 3 days my refund should be processed after the warehouse received Jan 20th tracking number. Thank you ps I reorder g faux fur coats should have been new. Wrong they smell like perfume and one is damp.

I am so sorry we couldn’t get that sorted out for you directly, @beth62. However, I’m really pleased to find out that a supervisor was able to make things a little better by refunding this shipping for the inconvenience. We truly value your business.

This was a picking error from the warehouse sending the wrong item to me. The item was sold out. I just called and spoke to a supervisor I am entitled to the first shipping charge refunded to my account. I should not have to haggle over the first shipping g charge. Warehouse error.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience, and for any confusion. This mentioned order was an As Is GbGiuliana Faux Fur Jacket return. Our As Is inventory is listed under their own unique item numbers. I would like to confirm that the order has been refunded as of 1/22 for $25.57, not exchanged and you were not charged for the return shipping cost. I do, however, show that the original shipping and some tax was withheld. All future Flexpays were canceled.

After reviewing the details, this specific transaction falls under account terms that don’t allow for the reimbursement of the original shipping fees. I regret having to share this disappointing news, please let us know if you have any questions.
