Signing in
I had the same problem signing in as well. The new passwords from CS did not work. However, the last chat I had seemed to solve the problem. I was told to try signing in. However, with the password today I could not remember it. This meant a return to my email and then following the instructions. Since the sign in didn’t remember me, I used the same sign in and password that I had used previously. Guess what? It worked. Kudos to the customer chat area.
