Iam having a real hard time signing in one day it works the next day I can’t sign in called customer service two times with no help went on chat line three times no help is anyone else experiencing this very frustrating

I am having the same problem when I sign in with my Kindle.

It states Unfortunately, blah, blah error, blah.

When I sign in with my laptop, I have no error message..

Yes I am experiencing the same thing. Went on chat they were unable to help me.
