I’m sorry you’re having trouble signing into your HSN account, @ml1204. There are different things to try, based upon which device/s you’re using. If you’re using the HSN app, try uninstalling/reinstalling. If you’re using a browser on a computer, please try clearing your cookies/cache, then try logging in again. If neither of those work, please try requesting a Password Reset link to be sent to the email you are using with your HSN account.
