Sign In?
When ever I click on an item I get a message to sign in if I want to watch the video. Why is this? It’s annoying and I just leave the website.

Hi @pattyf, I am sorry for this extremely delayed response. I haven’t heard any other concerns regarding having to sign in to watch a video. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache & cookies? I would recommend trying that as that usually clears up any issues.

I am being asked to sign in to utube to watch a video presentation of an item. It is not acceptable and I don’t know what to do either. Does anyone know how to stop that?
