Sign in Problem
Hello , I was unable to get into my Account for the firs time in 40 years .
I called customer service . Very Nice agent , but Clueless on why my Password refuse to Work . The agent tried to send me a Temp Password that refuse to work . I think HSN experience a major Tech issue all weekend .
Today I Change my Password and Finally got back in . Very Frustrated changing My Password and The agent not knowing anything really in the Tech Area.
I understand things happen , but it would be nice if this ever happens again to have access to someone in Tech in the Future .
HSN and I Both lost . I only use a Computer to order . I hope my Account was not Compromise . The Agent Assured me everything was ok .
Again , Thank you for your Time . Not Complaining , I just felt Very Frustrated and Helpless . I understand you are Dealing with a Big Move. .

You could receive a log in error message for many different possible reasons. For example, if the password or username was entered incorrectly, if there is a temporary connection problem or if there is maintenance being done on the server. Thanks but none of my concerns where address . Was my account Compromise ? How do reach Tech support ? CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE NOT TRAIN IN THE AREA .
