Shopping rewards sites not working
I regularly use shopping rewards sites sites to get a reward for shopping at a particular store. That makes it worth shopping at HSN however a couple of days ago when I go to the rewards site and click on HSN to to go to the site so I can get shop HsN will NOT let me check out. I think that is a terrible shady way of not allowing the rewards site to work any longer. If you don’t want to participate WITHDRAWAL from the program. You don’t put in programming that stops me from checking out. I can’t even click on my cart. I can add to the cart but not click on it. I have tried multiple devices so it is not an issue on my side it is a sneaky shady way to NOT allow any rewards from CapitalOne shopping. I stopped shopping at QVC over 30 years because of customer service. It is quite apparent there practices have completely taken over HSN. I highly suggest they reconsider their approach to stopping rewards site shopping because I don’t shop at sites that don’t offer rewards sites.

I have done that. I have tried it over many, many days. In fact every single day since the 7th when I discovered the problem I went ahead and purchased 1 item not using the reward site. Then when I tried using the Samsung reward site I realized it wasn’t a captalone shopping issue but an HSN issue and you shut off your reward shopping. I have even removed the capitalone shopping application and the HSN application and reloaded but same thinks happens. I cleared the interent caches in case that was an issue but given that 2 separate rewards have the exact same problem I believe you have made a decision to stop rewards shopping. I would be happy to try anything else. Any suggestions because I have sadly stopped ordering for now.

Hi @diana818
I’m sorry for the distress this has caused! It seems like this might be an issue with an expired cookie. Please log out of CapitalOne shopping and log back in. This should reset the cookie and let you complete your purchase.
